During this 9th annual retreat, Journey to the Heart
Life Coach Lori Rubenstein personally guides you on this journey
to understanding and standing firm in your feminine power.
The basis of this program is knowing you, accepting you,
loving you. You will learn to integrate mind, body and soul
to connect firmly with the loving ideals of compassion, grace,
and patience with yourself... as well as with the men in your
life.
This program will assist you in releasing unattractive, controlling,
and co-dependent behaviors. You'll be supported in establishing
firm and loving boundaries, bringing you healthier, happier
relationships. It all starts with you, clearing a path so
you can step into a more passionate, abundant life.
The cornerstone of the program is learning to forgive others
and yourself on a regular basis. Through forgiveness, we bring
peace and love into our lives.
