There are so many reasons to come to terms with loving and accepting
yourself. You may have heard others say things like, "You need

personally don't think that is totally true, but what I do see is
that your happiness, health, partnerships, family, work/career,
and spirituality are all dependent upon the amount of self-care,

this 3 hour coaching class (2 teleclasses) you will start experiencing,
